Valimai வலிமை (translates to strength, energy, vim in Tamil): Valimai features a dynamic non-binary character residing in an alternative futuristic universe that examines the representation and nuances of subaltern and marginalized communities. Inspired by the artist's Dalit and Tamil heritage, it spotlights locally significant jewelry, clothing, patterns, and colors from Tamil Nadu. Through this work, the artist aims to celebrate and elevate the voices and experiences of South Asian communities, both in the present and in the future, by creating a powerful and empowering visual representation.

Osheen Siva is a multidisciplinary artist from Thiruvannamalai, currently based in Goa. Through the lens of surrealism, speculative fiction and science fiction and rooted in their Dalit and Tamil heritage, Siva imagines new worlds of decolonized dreamscapes, futuristic oasis with mutants and monsters and narratives of queer and feminine power. They work in a variety of mediums including immersive media, instillations, performance art, public art and digital illustration.

Past clients have included - National Geography, Adult Swim, Meta, Whatsapp, Apple, Gucci, Adi Magazine,Starbucks, Absolut, Dr.Martens, Decolonize Fest among others. They were also an Illustration Jury member for the One Club for Creativity - ADC's 100th Annual Awards in 2021.
