Yes, 100%. We work directly with every artist to create editions that represent their body of work. Additionally, every artist personally reviews and approves their final editions.
And each edition comes also with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity (COA) signed by the artist. Additionally every edition will be signed, marked, or numbered on the edition itself.
A limited edition is part of a unique series of pieces. Limited editions are fixed in quantity (we mostly do 50-100). The editions are all exclusive and strictly limited and will not be reissued. The rarer an edition is, the greater it can increase in value later.
We only work with approved fine art printers, choose always the best paper quality and work with amazing framing partners to guarantee the highest quality possible. You will find all production details on the individual release. The editions have museum quality for highest age resistance.
No, you only own the work, the copyright is not transferred to the purchaser of the edition.
Orders and shipping
We try to make each art piece perfect. This means orders can take 2-3 weeks - sometimes the production partner or the artist needs some extra time to finish everything. We ask for your understanding - the result is worth it.
Every work is packed in a solid cardboard box with a lot of extra layers of protection. We also include a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.
Please remember to take extra care when opening the packaging and unwrapping your artwork.
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight and destination of your item. Shipping costs are calculated before checkout and are included in the total cost of your order.
International orders may be subject to the appropriate customs duties of the country of destination. Customs fees are payable upon arrival and are in addition to the shipping cost. Unfortunately, since customs fees are government charges, we cannot give you a discount or refund these costs. We declare all shipments as limited edition artworks and declare the amount you paid. We cannot mark your shipment as a gift.
Yes. Every shipment is fully insured from the moment it leaves our art depot to the moment it arrives at your door.
Returns and refunds
If you’ve changed your mind shortly after placing an order, you can get in touch with us directly via chat or email.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate any requests made after 24 hours: The art works will already have been dispatched to our framing partner or packaged ready to be shipped to your address.
Once your artwork has arrived, you have 14 days to let us know if you are not 100% satisfied and would like a refund. You can contact us via mail or chat.
We are only able to process refunds for artwork that is returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the certificate of authenticity.
For returns, we will arrange for a pickup, which we will coordinate directly with you after your request. Please do not book your own courier service as this cannot be tracked by our system and could result in your order being non-refundable.
Once we have safely received the artwork, we will process your refund. Refunds will be made within 14 days of its arrival at our warehouse. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and may take 5-10 days to appear in your account.
You will be refunded the price of the artwork, minus a handling fee. The exact amount will vary depending on size, weight, and location.
Supersicko does not refund sales tax or import fees. In some cases, you may be able to reclaim these charges from your local tax authorities.
